Long time no speak..

Wow, I think its been almost two years since my last post! You know me, I'm not very good at keeping up to date with this thing but something has inspired me to start up again!
I have so much to fill you all in with so bare with me, it will probably take a few separate posts to go into each thing with more detail!

So I am now 24. It is 2016. Aoife is now four, and Everly is now two. I am now working, well have been for 1 year and 5 months. I work in an Afterschool Club, which is lovely and it fits round Joe's hours too so its perfect! I am trying to think of everything that has happened in time order now. Pretty hard considering I can't even remember what I did last week!

We went to Disneyland last February, our first ever family holiday! It was amazing and I really can't wait to go back again one day. We had such a great time. I was quite disappointed that Aoife didn't want to see the characters because that's one of the reasons I wanted to go, and Everly was far too young to go on any rides. But apart from that, it was just magical. Tiring, but magical. Joe & I had been wanting to go ever since we were children, so it was like a dream come true!

Aoife turned four years old, and started school. This was a big step for us as parents. We had never been apart from the little ones unless I left them with Joe, or if they are with me. But apart from that, they had always been with either one of us at all times. I cried about it frequently. When the teacher came over for her visit before Aoife started, I even broke down to her. She reassured me and I couldn't be more thankful to have such a lovely first teacher for Aoife. I also went from spending every single day with her, to not seeing her from 8:40am - 3pm, which is hard. Not just for me, but for Everly too. She is his bestest friend. He idolises her. But I have to admit, she looked absolutely adorable in her school uniform and I love getting her ready every morning, and walking her to school, seeing her go in, wishing her well for the day. It's something I've always imagined doing. You know when you think of life as mummy, you dream about all those little things. Or is that just me?
Seven months down the line, and she's loving it. She's learnt to read, to write, to add, subtract and is picking up so many valuable things. She never ceases to amaze me. Her teacher loves her and thinks she is such a lovely member of the class. She is so well behaved and polite and has made so many friends. Don't get me wrong though, if I didn't have to send her, I wouldn't! I couldn't think of anything more wonderful than keeping her at home with me every single day.

Joe and I became Auntie & Uncle to two new nephews! Joe's brother and his girlfriend welcomed little Arlo into the world in 2015. Aoife & Everly absolutely adore him. Everly smothers him in kisses at every opportunity! My sister also welcomed baby Elih into the world, making a very dramatic appearance 12 weeks early. Aoife & Everly are still to meet him yet, as they are too little to go and see him in hospital.

Oh I almost forgot one of the biggest things to have had happened!! Joe and I finally got married, after 3 years of being engaged!! I am now Mrs Fuller and I couldn't be happier. I will write more about that in another post though!

I think I've pretty much updated you on everything now...I hope anyway!
Lets try and stick to this blog this year, as I love reading back through it all!

Goodnight xo
